THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS ARE:
Applicants for the Cinematography course must demonstrate an eye for imagery and composition and a strong sense of visual narrative. Extensive previous training is not necessary but some technical knowledge is required. Experience of camera operation and lighting is an advantage but stills photographers with story telling talent are also considered. Good communication skills and collaborative and leadership qualities are essential. Apllication materials, which must be of a high technical standard, currently include any TWO of the following: a showreel which the applicant has shot and lit; a narrative sequence of ten photographs; up to ten photographs on any subject.
