THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS ARE:
Applicants are expected to have 5 GCSEs and 2 GCE passes at 'A' level. Applicants may apply directly from school or may have completed a National Diploma or equivalent GCSE or foundation course.

REQUIREMENTS WHICH ARE ESSENTIAL FOR ENTRY ONTO THE COURSE ARE:

• Evidence of creative or artistic ability by presentation of a folio or test.

REQUIREMENTS WHICH ARE DESIRABLE FOR ENTRY ONTO THE COURSE ARE:

• A lower level course in photography or a course of which photography was part.
• A lower level of course of which general art or graphics was a part.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
A general course with a tightly structured first year. The second year of the course offers an opportunity to specialise in one of a number of applications of photography. Mainly monochrome work on 35mm format (medium format/colour available) the course demands high motivation for student centred learning producing flexible, independent photographs.
